Minecraft Snapshot 19w34a

What happens when one of our dev teams spends the summer eating honey for breakfast? We are inspired to create an additional mob - the flappy fuzzball that is the honeybee! We also became very sick. A balanced diet is crucial, kids.

Bee

We are excited and buzzing

Can someone tell Cory to stop making bee puns right now?

Bees are adorable fuzzy, neutral mobs

- Don''t hurt the bees because they don''t want to hurt them. If a honeybee does sting you it will leave its stinger behind inside you, and then shed its stinger.

Bees are awed by pretty flowers and will spend their entire lives collecting pollen from them

After collecting pollen, the bees fly back to their nest

- Bees help you by producing crops and bringing pollen back to their nest

Bees can be bred with flowers. Bees enjoy sharing the location of their favourite flowers with other bees.

A bee will leave its nest if it doesn''t find nectar.

Bees aren''t fond of rain and they sleep at night. They''ll go back to the nest in these instances.

Bee Nests/Bee Hives

In real life, bees dance around their nests to show other bees where the flowers are!

- Bee Nests are naturally born in Flower Forests, Plains, and Sunflower Plains biomes - When a bee visits this block and continues its journey without disturbance the amount of honey rises - Max of 5 levels of honey Level 5 is quite...sticky - Bees utilize hives and nests to share flowering areas with other bees. Sometimes bees who already know about a flower will choose not to use this information. Bee Hives are constructed by players using honeycomb and wooden planks. Use the silk touch tool to build the block that has the bees inside - Bee Nests will be destroyed without using silk touch. - Use shears when at full honey to make honeycomb

If you have a lot of honey then use a bottle create honey bottles. - Redstone-friendly! - Set a campfire fire under the nest or hive to help calm them down. Bees love Bee Nests and Bee Hives in the same way! They don''t have any favorites :) They also added the Honey Bottle!

Honey Bottle

Organic local, gluten-free, delicious, locally-grown honey!

To buy the honey bottle it is possible to make use of an empty glass bottle to place on a nest or hive that is full of honey. Take it! Stuff - ??? - Profit! Oh, and also make it into sugar! - Add Honeycomb!
