Which is the best Minecraft Server Hosting Service?

I am looking for a 3GB-4GB & Quarterly billed Minecraft Server, but I cannot decide between the many hosters. I would rather spend money on good hardware and services than on cheap hardware for a moderately large number of players (around 8-12). My budget is between $30-40$

I have a long list of hosts that convince me. (Apex Hosting is by far the most popular, although there might be better options.

Aternos sucks on every aspect as a Minecraft Hoster, you shouldn''t use it. Can''t handle more than 5 players

Aternos is used by mineplex and hypixel. Its one of the best mc server hosts out there at the moment.

They don''t. Although they have thousands of instances, a host like alter doesn''t likely have enough servers for all the data.
