Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first Oyakhilome's son, being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. Chris Oyakhilome He was educated in elementary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University. After his graduation, he received a BSc Architecture.

AAU also gave the honorary Doctor of Science prize. He holds an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was previously married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.
