YouTuber Beats Minecraft Challenge Run With No Kills

Minecraft challenge runs are a staple of the game''s creator community. Although it''s not a violent game, you will encounter many enemies during a normal playthrough. This could be zombies in the beginning, farming items from Nether creatures, or the Ender Dragon. A peaceful playthrough is more difficult than you think. You can do a lot of violence even if you don''t intend to.

SwitchBackMongo is a Minecraft YouTuber who plays in Hardcore. SwitchBackMongo decided to end the violence and set out on a quest that would see him take on all Minecraft mobs. Well, mostly. Although technically they didn''t kill anything but the explosive beds - yes, that''s correct - they used around Ender Dragon certainly did.

Anyone who''s played Minecraft before will be aware that if you''re looking for resources, you must defend yourself. Cobra planet will be attacked by skeletons, spiders and creepers deep within the world. It''s difficult to stay away from them. Even the act of simply grasping a piece of iron could result in a fight, or even death. This is Hardcore and therefore death is not an option.

For SwitchBackMongo the most important issue was the Nether. It was an enemy called a Blaze that is the game''s only source of Blaze Rods. These are an essential ingredient in crafting the Eye of Ender, which leads to The End, making Blazes one of only two enemies that have to be killed in order to ''complete'' Minecraft. But does that mean you need to kill them?

SwitchBackMongo tests a few methods of handling the animals in the video, such as watching as an Iron Golem decimates fifty Blazes without dropping, before making a trip to Google as many of us in search of an answer. Fortunately, the wolves are man''s best friend and they completed the job.

The entire run is enjoyable to watch since it''s a new venture for the prolific Minecraft YouTuber, and they aren''t 100% sure of how to go about it. It''s rare to find an event that hasn''t been completed before, particularly in a game like Minecraft.

In other impressive Minecraft runs, a group of players managed to complete the game in under two minutes, and another player decided to capture the Ender Dragon instead of killing it.
