New Minecraft Launcher Launcher Comes With A Grey Screen

System Restore is your first line of defense. It will restore you to the state before the problem started, just like the time machine. If Alusky.Xyz doesn't work, you can try to undo it. Read more about it in the tutorial above and then try restoring back to before this began. Do it now in the event that System Restore isn't enabled on C drive to make it available in the future.

If the problem repeats or System Restore doesn't work then check which Windows Updates were installed at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Update History, uninstall them there or System Restore again, then immediately check for and block the Updates with the Hide Updates tool explained here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8280-hide-s...

Even if you've already tried the steps I suggest and you have failed, please try them again in the order I suggest.

1) Run the Store apps troubleshooter at Settings > Update and Security Troubleshoot.

2) Check for and install game Updates on the Microsoft Store app > Hub (three dots at top right) > Updates.

3) Try resetting Minecraft in Windows Settings > Apps > Features & Apps > Minecraft > Advanced Options > Repair or Reset. Restart your computer and try again.

If those all fail then uninstall Minecraft from Settings above, reboot your computer then reinstall the program from MS Store Hub (three dots in the upper right corner of the Store app) > My Library.

4) The driver for Display is so important here that simply updating it is often not enough. Let's do everything we can to get it working correctly.

Update the driver for the Display from the PC or Display adapter maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model number, HP Serial Number or Dell Service Tag - found on the sticker on your PC.

You can also search for BIOS/UEFI firmwares, newer chipsets, network, sound, and other drivers by right-clicking on the Start Menu.

If this doesn't give you the latest or ideal driver for what you need, compare it to the driver offered by the Intel driver update Utility here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/... or the Nvidia Update utility here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=e... or the AMD autodect utility here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/P...

Display issues can be resolved by rolling back or deinstalling the driver on the Display Device > Driver tab. Restart your computer to reinstall the driver.

You can also test older drivers using Device Manager > Display device > Driver tab Update Driver > Browse > Let me Choose.

You'll know that you've tried everything, in addition to Windows Update drivers.

You can alter the resolution of the screen until it looks good. Go to Settings > System > Display.

5) If nothing else helps then contact Minecraft Support here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions you have and keep me posted. If you'll wait to judge whether my post resolved your problem I'll work with you until you are satisfied.
