Minecraft Did Cars Therefore, Crossy Road Was The Next Step.

Minecraft creators continue to astound with the amazing things they discover working in the blocky sandbox game. It's proved to be an extremely robust programming platform, as demonstrated by this YouTuber who created a working car in the game. The player is back and this time they've gone even further.

Crossy Road is a game in which you play the role of chickens that cross the road. Addictgaming.com could be described as an infinite version of Frogger. You just need to take the chicken to safety but safety isn't a priority. So, fresh off the wheels of making an actual car, Mysticat has now recreated Crossy Read in Minecraft because they're an extremely skilled designer, and a bit of a show-off (actually we're jealous).

Mysticat continues to go into the details of how they create the entire game to give you a glimpse into the process. It's amazing how creative Minecraft creators can be, even if I write about it often. The level of complexity is way beyond what the average Minecraft player would think.

The whole thing comes together at the end with Mysticat inviting her friends to play the game. This is where the video showcases just how much fun Crossy Road would be if you were a sadist and didn't need to worry about people surviving the roads.

It's a great conclusion and we can't stop thinking about what Mysticat will do next. If it's a car-themed sequel perhaps we'll see the return of the Burnout series.

You can now play with Minecraft mobs that look like Lego figurines and fight ever-changing bosses and simply admire this stunning Star Wars build. We're not your dad.
