Here's how to get a cape in Minecraft, using either the official method or mods.

How to obtain a cape on Minecraft without mods

In Minecraft, capes are usually distributed to users who participate in certain events or perform specific tasks.

For instance:

- A special cape was awarded to those who attended the MINECON real-world event from 2011 until 2016. The capes were only available for Bedrock Edition players at MINECON 2019. xwcb has brought them back.
