WHO WE ARE
Our main website address is https://kappasigmafraternity.net/ which also serves as host to two other online channels: Xeretik, https://kappasigmafraternity.net/news, and another publication still in the works (tba).
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
COMMENTS. As of this writing, we have not enabled 'comments forms' anywhere on our pages, which means we cannot collect information, personal or otherwise, via comments.
MEDIA. As of writing, 'image uploads' for site visitors is not supported by our website or any of its channels, which means we cannot collect location data via EXIF GPS and the like.
CONTACT FORMS. We host no contact forms. Visitors who wish to contact us may only do so via our email address.
COOKIES. Cookies are small pieces of data saved and stored on your computer when websites are loaded in your browser. Their content and function vary from site to site. When you visit our website, your browser may save a 'cookie' indicating the date and time our site was visited and records it as a pageview. This cookie includes no personal data whatsoever but taken together they give us an idea of the traffic our pages generate. EMBEDDED CONTENT. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Some of our pages may include embedded content from other websites (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc. that we think might be of interest to our readership). Since we collect no data in the first place, there is really no one to share it with. Sorry.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. As of this writing, none of the aforementioned features and functions is supported anywhere on our pages.

All things considered, the only personal information we may have about you is what you directly provide us but only and only if, for whatever reason, you choose to contact us via our email address. You have the right not to contact us.
